Carcasses
We supply full carcasses to wholesalers, top class butchers and catering butchers, and of course hog roast companies. We are currently able to deliver to Yorkshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Tyneside, Cumbria, Lincolnshire and Cheshire. But we are open to exploring other areas if logistics can be managed.

The customers that we supply our Free Range pigs to are provided with Point of Sale material in the form of brochures, recipes and posters, and are all listed on our website as stockists. And they are very lucky in that we only send female pigs to our Free Range finishing sites for reasons outlined in the "Rearing" section under "weaning".

As well as producing Free Range pigs we also produce Outdoor Bred pigs. Rather than being taken to Free Range finishing sites once they are weaned, these pigs are taken into large straw barns. Point of Sale material is also provided with these pigs under the brand "Anna's Happy Trotters, Yorkshire Outdoor Bred Pork".

Dry Cured Bacon
We have our own facility where we dry cure our own Free Range bacon and gammon. We do all types of bacon - back, streaky, middle, collar, unsmoked & smoked and have recently developed a new line of black treacle bacon where we cure the bacon in salt for a week and then cure in black treacle, giving it a beautifully sweet flavour. These are allowed to hang for a week once cured to give a beautifully flavoured, succulent product. We supply these to wholesalers, butchers, restaurants and shops.
